Tuna is one of the healthiest dishes that you can have. It has a meaty and creamy taste, and the meat is soft, juicy, and buttery. Tuna steak, done properly, consists of a thick piece of
steak ideally from the back of the tuna. A tuna steak is warm on the outside room temperature in the middle and melts in your mouth.

Instructions

  1. Mix orange juice, soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, parsley, oregano, and pepper in a non-reactive dish until well combined. Place tuna steaks and marinade them on both sides. Cover the dish and marinate them in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat an outdoor grill on high heat and lightly oil the grate. Remove the tuna steaks from the marinade, shake off the excess of marinade, and reserve the marinade for basting.
  3. Cook the tuna steaks on the grill for 5 to 6 minutes (add a little bit more depending on the size of the steak); flip the steaks and baste with the reserved marinade. Cook for an additional 5 to 6 minutes, or to desired doneness. Discard any remaining marinade.
