Grouper Steak Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 (6 ounce) grouper steak
- 1 cup melted butter
- ½ cup toasted garlic (See below for recipe)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 lemons
Instructions
- Combine butter, garlic, salt, and lemon juice in a bowl, and stir until well blended.
- Arrange the grouper steaks in a piece of aluminum foil large enough to hold each piece. Top with the lemon garlic butter mixture. Seal the foil.
- Heat up the grill.
- grill the fish in foil packets for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and open each foil packet.
- Transfer to a serving plate, and top with the toasted garlic.
Toasted Garlic Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 cloves garlic
- 3 to 4 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions
- Remove the skin of the garlic, and manually pound the garlic using a mortar and pestle.
- Place the pounded garlic on a chopping board and mince.
- Combine cooking oil and minced garlic in a saucepan then apply medium heat.
- Fry the garlic until the color turns medium brown.
- Turn off the heat and drain the excess oil.
- Transfer into a small bowl and use it as condiment.
